Prenatal management of the pelvic floor including pelvic floor strengthening, prevention of urinary incontinence and relaxation of the pelvic floor for birth

  • Book in from 12 weeks through to birth

  • Birth preparation including perineal massage, birth positioning and education

    • Book in from 35 weeks

  • 6 week Post Natal Assessments including ongoing management of the pelvic floor, birth related injuries, c-section recovery

  • Assessment and rehabilitation for Abdominal Diastasis including advice for compression and support garments 

  • Mastitis treatment with Therapeutic Ultrasound

  • Management of pregnancy related conditions including

    • pelvic girdle pain including sacro-iliac pain, pubic bone pain and coccyx pain 

    • pain in the spine, hips and legs 

    • abdominal diastasis, lumbar spine, upper and lower limb
