Cancellation policy.
Please note we have a cancellation policy and an active waiting list.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice so that another client on the waiting list can be treated or fill your spot. You can cancel your appointment by phoning (02) 8970 9166 or emailing info@limitlessphysio.com
If you are cancelling outside our clinic hours please do so via email as we do not check the voicemail until we arrive in the morning.
We ask that you remember that a broken appointment hurts three…You, another client who misses out and your physiotherapist who does not get paid for the missed appointment.
We do not like charging cancellations fees, so we please ask you to give us adequate notice and if we are able to fill your spot, you will not incur a charge.
Our cancellation policy is as follow:
If you cancel any session with more than 24 hours notice you will not be charged.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice of Physiotherapy appointments, Private or Duo Pilates sessions will result in an $80 cancellation fee.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours of Reformer Classes will be charged in full or result in losing a session from your pack.
Missed appointments will also be charged in full. A missed appointment means failing to attend your session or cancelling with less than 3 hrs notice making it impossible for us to fill your spot.
Please note All Reformer Class scheduling is self-managed through the Mindbody App. Please ensure you make any changes more than 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged. No Reformer bookings or amendments will be made through the front desk.
