EP Group Sessions

Supervised Exercise Physiology Group Classes in Bronte

EP Group Sessions are small, clinically supervised group classes designed to help you build strength, confidence, and cardiovascular fitness in a safe, structured environment.

Sessions are led by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and capped at a maximum of 6 participants, allowing for personalised attention, technique correction, and appropriate progression — without the cost of one-on-one sessions.

These classes are ideal for people who want more guidance than a standard gym class, while still enjoying the motivation and accountability of training in a group.
