Emma Donaghey

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Emma graduated from Ulster University with a first class honours in 2020. She then completed a Masters in Sports and Exercise medicine where she developed a strong interest in rehabilitation and exercise. Emma has worked with various sports team. She has worked as a physiotherapist at Women's Champions League in 2021 (Finland) and 2022 (Romania) with Glentoran Women.

She is mainly interested in the management of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries and uses a combination of hands-on treatment, exercise rehabilitation and patient education approach to patient care.

Emma has trained as a Pilates instructor under the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute and is fully trained to use dry needling for treatment of patients.

In her spare time Emma can be found in a crossfit gym, out for a run or in the sea for a dip.
