Dani Clinton
Physiotherapist
Provides: Physiotherapy | Clinical Pilates | Women’s Health
Dani is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a strong background in strength training, rehabilitation and Clinical Pilates. She completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne and has worked extensively in private practice, managing a wide range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
As a former ballet dancer, including performing with the National Ballet of Zimbabwe, as well as a track and field athlete, Dani developed an early appreciation for movement quality, load management and injury prevention. This diverse movement background has shaped her clinical approach, combining evidence based strength training, movement retraining and manual therapy to help people return to doing what they love.
Dani also has a growing special interest in women’s health and is passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery and across all stages of life, including menopause. She has completed the Pelvic Health Melbourne Foundations course and is progressing through the APA Women’s Health Levels to further develop her pelvic health knowledge and skills.
She is qualified in dry needling and uses manual therapy as an adjunct within movement based rehabilitation. Dani enjoys integrating Clinical Pilates into her practice to build strength, control and confidence in movement, with a focus on long term health outcomes.
Outside the clinic, Dani loves staying active through running and Pilates, and alongside her passion for nutrition you will often find her in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes. She makes a mean batch of granola!
