Daniel is a Sport & Exercise Scientist and Strength & Conditioning Coach with a passion for helping people become stronger, healthier, and more capable through structured, evidence-based training.
Originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland, Daniel has worked across a range of roles within the health and fitness industry, including coaching, gym management, and performance support. His background in exercise science, combined with years of practical coaching experience, allows him to help clients build strength, improve body composition, and develop sustainable habits that support long-term health.
Daniel has worked with a wide range of individuals—from those new to training to experienced lifters and athletes looking to improve performance. His approach focuses on clear coaching, well-structured programming, and creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and motivated to progress.
He believes strength training should enhance people’s lives outside the gym. Whether the goal is improving physical resilience, getting stronger, or simply feeling more confident in your body, Daniel focuses on simple, effective training principles that deliver lasting results.
Having trained consistently himself for many years, Daniel understands both the physical and mental side of long-term training. This perspective allows him to guide clients through the process of building strength safely, progressing sustainably, and developing a healthier relationship with exercise.
