Jess is an experienced and highly regarded Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with over 12 years’ experience in Women’s Health.
She provides specialised Women’s Pelvic Health Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates, supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, pelvic pain, bladder and bowel concerns, and gynaecological rehabilitation.

Real-time ultrasound
External pelvic girdle, hip and lumbar spine assessment
Internal pelvic floor assessment (to assess strength, coordination and tissue mobility)
Abdominal and core stability assessment
Treatment is always individualised based on your assessment findings and goals, and may include:
Manual therapy to pelvic floor muscles, abdominal wall, hips or pelvis
Internal pelvic floor therapy (where appropriate and consented)
Management of pelvic floor tightness, guarding or overactivity
Dilator therapy and graded exposure techniques
Pelvic floor strength and coordination retraining
Real-time ultrasound feedback to improve muscle activation
Targeted core and abdominal rehabilitation
Postnatal scar management (perineal, episiotomy or caesarean)
Pelvic girdle and lumbar stability retraining
Clinical Pilates for pregnancy, postnatal recovery and return to exercise
