Phoebe Bromell

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

Phoebe is an ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach, rounding out her Exercise Physiology degree at the University of Sydney. She has several years of experience coaching athletes in both school and high-performance environments, including at Kincoppal–Rose Bay and with the University of Sydney's AFL program.

Growing up in Brisbane, Phoebe participated in almost every sport she could, including soccer, touch football, rugby, cricket, softball, water polo and rowing. After experiencing multiple ACL injuries herself, she developed a strong appreciation for the role that well-planned strength training and rehabilitation can play in rebuilding confidence, improving performance and helping people return to the activities they love.

Throughout her clinical placements, Phoebe has gained experience supporting people with neurological conditions, musculoskeletal injuries and osteoarthritis. She has a particular interest in women's health, injury rehabilitation and healthy ageing, and is passionate about helping women build strength and confidence throughout every stage of life.

Phoebe's coaching approach is encouraging, individualised and grounded in evidence-based exercise. She enjoys creating a welcoming environment where clients feel supported to challenge themselves, celebrate their progress and develop the skills needed to remain active and independent over the long term.

Outside the gym, Phoebe loves shopping, travelling, spending long days at the beach, watching live sport and grabbing a strong cappuccino with her friends!
