Physiotherapy For Hypermobility

If you’re hypermobile, you know your body moves a little differently. What feels good for most people in a regular Pilates class can sometimes leave you sore, unstable, or even injured. Too much stretching, the wrong kind of loading, or lack of joint control can easily aggravate your symptoms, causing frustration and inability to keep up with exercise.

Hypermobility Class

Wednesday nights - 3 in each class

5pm or 6pm

The class is led by Shannon, a physiotherapist and clinical Pilates instructor who is herself hypermobile and understands firsthand the challenges of traditional Pilates classes. Working with hypermobile and EDS clients is her passion, and she is excited to bring this specialised class to the community.

This class is designed specifically for people with hypermobility. We focus on building strength, control, and stability, rather than chasing range of motion you already have. You’ll learn how to move in ways that protect your joints, reduce flare-ups, and give you the confidence to exercise safely.

It’s a safe, supportive space to rebuild trust in your body, connect with others who “get it,” and develop long-term strategies for moving well.

This class is claimable with private health, as its physio led.

Heal. Move. Feel Strong.
