SESSION BREAKDOWN

SESSION 1 — PREPARE

Pre-Session & Pre-Race Preparation

You will learn:

  • how to build a repeatable warm-up routine

  • the role of strength & conditioning in running performance

  • marathon fueling basics

  • what matters most in early training phases

Includes:

  • guided warm-up (activation, mobility, drills)

  • 5km community run

  • education on fuel + strength systems

SESSION 2 — RECOVER

Recovery Strategies for Marathon Performance

Focus areas:

  • recovery as performance training

  • load management

  • strength training for injury prevention

  • sleep and nervous system recovery

  • mobility vs stability

  • common running injuries and niggles

Includes:

  • guided warm-up (activation, mobility, drills)

  • 5km community run

SESSION 3 — EXECUTE

Race Day Preparation, Mindset & Marathon Q&A

Focus areas:

  • race week preparation

  • tapering

  • carb loading

  • pacing strategy

  • race day logistics

  • mindset tools and handling nerves

  • Q&A with Grace + physio

  • anonymous athlete questions

  • race day strategy breakdown
